Four jockeys fall from horses during race as chaotic battle in Japan makes for excellent viewing

Jan 17, 2018

THIS is the crazy moment FOUR jockeys fell during a frantic horse race.

Japanese punters were left stunned as they witnessed an unbelievable battle unfold right before their eyes.

Seven riders were battling it out for top spot when one of the leaders dramatically slipped off his saddle.

Moments later the leader fell as he stood on his stirrups to whip his horse.

He then took out a jockey taking his chances on the outside.

And seconds after another rider tumbled from his seat, leaving just three in the tussle.

The winner turned out to be the jockey who had been in last place for most of the race.

And the commentator was having a field day as he tried to keep up with the madness on screen.

It’s not known if any of the unlucky jockeys were left injured by their falls.

But the horses seemed to be OK as they galloped on without the added weight on their backs.
