Floyd Mayweather flashes massive stash of cash on his Instagram after betting on friend Isaiah Thomas’s Boston Celtics
THEY certainly don’t call Floyd Mayweather ‘Money’ for nothing…
Never one to be shy about flaunting his incredible wealth, the US boxer, 40, is no stranger to posing with a massive stash of cash.

On Wednesday morning, Mayweather was at it again as he posed with what looks to be more than £300,000 – all from the luxurious surroundings of his private jet.
Money claimed to win the enormous pile of dosh betting on close friend Isaiah Thomas’s Boston Celtics in the NBA Playoffs.
Mayweather captioned the snap on his Instagram: “I bet on @isaiahthomas today! #TMT.”

Although it is unclear what the bet was at this stage, Thomas was in sensational form, dropping 53 points as the Celtics came from behind to beat the Washington Wizards in overtime.
Mayweather was seen earlier this season at a Celtics-Wizards game where Thomas gave his friend his jersey after the win.
The Celtics - who have now won six straight games in the play-offs - are indebted to Thomas for the win as they aim to land a spot in the Eastern Conference Finals.

However, it's not been easy for IT - who stands at just 5ft 9ins - who tragically lost his 22-year-old sister, Chyna, in a car accident the day before play-offs began.
Chyna was killed in her home town of Washington on Saturday April 15.
Despite the timing of the death, a clearly-heartbroken Thomas still took to the court to play in every game of these play-offs so far - having battled back from 2-0 down to beat the Chicago Bulls 4-2.

On top of that, Thomas lost a front tooth in Game One against the Washington Wizards at the weekend.
Once again, Mayweather's friend IT just carried on - even making back-to-back three-pointers in the game despite playing in pain.
