PAUL POGBA is going through another tough time at Manchester United, but you can be sure he will be having a smile on his face today.
The French midfielder turned 24 today, but he once again flattered to deceive for Jose Mourinho’s side in their 1-0 loss to Chelsea in the FA Cup quarter-final.
Pogba’s older brother – Florentin, whom he has shared a pitch twice with this season when the Red Devils faced Saint-Etienne in the Europa League, sent his sibling a birthday message, and has revealed what bizarre nickname he has.

Posting on Instagram, Florentin Pogba – who also has a twin brother Mathias, said: “A special day for a special person @paulpogba aka La Pioche the third of triplets!
“Just to wish you Happy birthday bro. Keep going on your way and make us dream like you do everyday. GOD bless you!”
Interestingly, ‘La Pioche’ translates to ‘the pickaxe’ in English, but the meaning of the nickname will need more explaining.

It wasn’t just Paul’s brother that was using the nickname, his team-mate Adnan Januzaj also chipped in with the remark when he sent his own birthday wishes.
The former Juventus star is in line to start against FC Rostov on Thursday night, when the Russian side travel to Old Trafford in the second leg of the Europa League Round of 16, with the two sides drawing 1-1 last week.
One person who has been delighted with his performances is his manager, who claimed he was the best player on the pitch when they lost to the Blues.
Mourinho also has said. “Envy is everywhere. I’m very happy with Paul and also a good thing is because of his personality he doesn’t give an ass.”
