AN Ex-Arsenal employee has sensationally quit his role at the club, hitting back at Arsene Wenger’s lack of spending in a resignation letter.
Wenger risked the wrath of Arsenal supporters when he said paying his 600 staff is more important to him than signing new players after Saturday’s 0-0 draw against Leicester.

But an employee, who worked in the club’s shop, soon handed in a resignation letter following Wenger’s comments which has since gone viral on Twitter.
In the letter he said: “To blame having to pay 600 people working at Arsenal Football Club for not buying a player is a disgrace.
“I earn £7.20ph, and work 37.5 hours a week. I get paid £270 a week. Over 52 weeks that is £14,040 a year.
“Theo Walcott earns 10x’s that a week.
“I no longer wish to be a burden at this club.”
