IDRISSA GUEYE has dealt Everton a blow by suffering a leg injury that will keep him out of clashes with Manchester City and Liverpool.
The Senegal midfielder has made 33 appearances this season to help Sam Allardyce’s side compete for a Europa League place.

But national team doctors have ruled the 28-year-old out until mid-April after he turned up injured at their training camp in Morocco.
Gueye is now set to miss the Toffees’ home clashes with champions-elect City on March 31, and Jurgen Klopp’s Reds a week later.
Senegal coach Aliou Cisse said: “My squad is almost complete, but ‘Gana’ had a muscle tear when he came over.
“I had wanted him to be in my team, but I think he will be out for three weeks.

“I wanted him to come over with the rest of his national teammates, so we could assess his injury. He was able to do so.”
Former Aston Villa star Gueye will now miss the Teranga Lions’ friendlies against Uzbekistan on Friday and Bosnia & Herzegovina next Tuesday.
There is some news concerning another midfielder where Everton are concerned – but it is one they’re wanting to add to their ranks.

SunSport reported how the Toffees could be set to offer Jack Wilshere a whopping £8million signing-on-fee to join from Arsenal.
Wilshere, 26, is out of contract with the Gunners at the end of the season but has been offered new terms.
But Sam Allardyce, who himself only recently revealed he is discussing extending his deal at Goodison Park, is believed to be ready to pounce.
