EVERTON are weighing up a £20million double move for Arsenal striker Lucas Perez and Malaga’s highly-rated Sandro.

Boss Ronald Koeman is already making plans to replace 26-goal top scorer Romelu Lukaku, with Chelsea and Manchester United both circling the Belgian hotshot.

Everton have slapped a world-record £100m price tag on Lukaku, who has refused a new £140,000-a-week offer to stay.

Spanish star Perez, 28, who Arsenal bought for £17m, wants to leave after just one season and boss Arsene Wenger will not stand in his way.

Perez has had limited opportunities opportunities at the Emirates after making just two starts and appearing as a sub NINE times in the league.

Everton are also confident of landing Spanish Under-21 star Sandro, who has a release clause allowing him to leave Malaga for just £5m.

So far this season the youngster has made 31 appearances for Malaga – netting 16 goals in all competitions.

The Toffees were competing alongside Atletico Madrid for his signature but following their transfer ban, Everton are now clear favourites.
