Euro 2016: German boss Joachim Low apologies for disgusting scratch and sniff of his nuts on TV

GERMAN boss Joachim Low has apologised for his embarrassing ballsy moves after live TV cameras caught him putting his hands down his trousers and smelling his fingers.

The 56-year-old World Cup-winning coach was caught dirty-handed during his side’s 2-0 win against Ukraine in their opening match of Euro 2016 in Lille.

And then he smells his fingers

Low was first seen shoving his hand down the front of his trousers and rearranging his, let’s say, package, before bringing his mitt back into play by smelling it.

But Lowe was not finished yet – he completed an unsavoury double by doing the same down the back – and completed the move with another sniff of the fingers.

Low has now promised to try and kick his disgusting antics into touch after his unflattering attention."

Low has said he will do his best to stop his wandering hands

He said: “I saw the pictures as well and obviously sometimes you do things subconsciously. It happened and I am sorry.

“It was adrenaline and concentration. I will try to behave differently in the future.”

Whether he can manage to keep his wandering hands clear of his goolies will face its first test on Thursday night when Die Mannschaft play Poland.

While Low’s dirty behaviour was causing a stir, one of his squad members, Lukas Podolski, laughed off the couple of indiscreet scratch and sniffs.

Podolski what his coach did was completely normal behaviour

The former Arsenal man reckons it is completely normal behaviour.

Speaking at press conference ahead of the Poland game he said: “I think 80 per cent of you (journalists) – and I – scratch our balls from time to time. So everything is fine!’
