MIDDLESBROUGH are reportedly plotting an audacious loan move for Real Madrid midfielder Enzo Zidane – the son of Bernabeu boss and French legend Zinedine.
The 21-year-old has finally made his first-team breakthrough for Real after travelling for the pre-season tour of the US but looks set to continue his development elsewhere next season.

There have been approaches from Spanish duo Alcorcon and Sporting Gijon, not to mention an unnamed Italian club, but The Mirror claims Boro boss Aitor Karanka is determined to seal a loan deal before the transfer window shuts.
Zidane Jr will only be allowed to join a club where he is guaranteed to play games after making his Real bow in the 3-1 International Champions Cup defeat to Paris Saint-Germain last week.
And Karanka is confident he can convince Real to let the youngster move to the Riverside, with a number of highly-experienced players joining in recent times.
Former Barcelona and Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes joined on a free transfer, while ex-Manchester City striker Alvaro Negredo arrived on loan from Valencia and scored on his debut against Aston Villa.

There have also been deals for right-back Antonio Barragan and winger Viktor Fischer, while a whopping £12.75million was spent on midfielder Marten de Roon.
Karanka is eager to stay in the top-flight after gaining automatic promotion from the Championship last season, and will be hoping to get off to a flying start with a home game against Stoke on the opening day of the season.
The former Real assistant is on the lookout for a new centre-back after seeing a deal for Borussia Dortmund ace Neven Subotic collapse after he failed his medical, and is also believed to be weighing up a stunning move for ex-Arsenal and United man Robin van Persie.
