And speaking to the Daily Mail, he reveals how notorious Russians eye the British as the founders of hooliganism and could target them yet again when they host the World Cup next year.
He said: “English fans give birth to the spirit of the old school hooliganism.
“Even though for the last 20 years they have been in the shadow, because of strict anti-hooliganism, they are still the main ‘red rag’ to Europe.

“When an English team play in Europe, there are thousands and thousands of fans.
!It becomes an English town. They set the example. They started this and they are the best. In Marseille, we were strong enough as a fan community to bring 10,000.”

Trained Russian fighters descended onto the streets of France last year and attacked supporters in their numbers.
And it appears that violence could continue, despite the threat of jail, because Russian fighters are training for their 'sport' called okolofutbal - meaning 'outside of football'.
Fans with little interest in football train in mixed martial arts and use old-fashioned Russian street-fighting codes. They also reportedly sent out extended invitations to England fans for a fight.
