DANNY CARE is out of England’s tour to South Africa after face-to-face talks with boss Eddie Jones.
But Wasps’ Danny Cipriani was one of many players still in the dark last night as Jones finalised his squad ahead of this morning’s announcement.

Care, 31, is England’s most-capped scrum-half with 81 appearances.
And he played in every Red Rose Test since Jones took charge in January 2016.
But the Aussie visited Care last week to reveal he would be rested for next month’s three Tests against the Springboks.
Ben Youngs is back after his Six Nations knee injury and Wasps’ uncapped Dan Robson could go as back-up No 9.

Cipriani has been outstanding at fly-half for Wasps this term. And Anthony Watson’s Achilles injury means the 31-year-old can also cover at full-back.
Former England winger Ugo Monye said: “Cipriani has been the best attacking fly-half in the league.

“He isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but no one can dispute how good he has been.”
Owen Farrell is set to be captain in place of Dylan Hartley — who is out with concussion — as Jones’ desire to rest last summer’s Lions is hampered by injuries.
