CRYSTAL PALACE have lodged a £17.65million bid for Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun.
The 26-year-old hotshot has been in stunning form for the Turkish side this season and has attracted a host of admirers.

But it is the Eagles that have made the first move to try and prise the star away from Istanbul, according to Besiktas’ president Fikret Orman.
Speaking to Haber in his homeland, he said: “We are not sure Cenk will go.
“We want Cenk to stay. €20 euros is a very small for Cenk.”
Tosun has been on Palace‘s radar for a number of months as they search for firepower reinforcement.

Christian Benteke finally rediscovered his goalscoring form for Roy Hodgson’s side against Leicester at the weekend, but that was his first strike in the Premier League this season.
Meanwhile, Tosun has scored 11 times in 20 appearances for Besiktas, including four goals in the Champions League.
