CRYSTAL PALACE boss Alan Pardew has ruled out making a January move for Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic.
With the Serbian’s contract up at the end of the season, and having played a bit-part role in Antonio Conte’s team this season, it appears Ivanovic’s time is up at Stamford Bridge.

And with The Eagles low on numbers in defence with Pape Souare’s continued absence through injury, Ivanovic has been a name touted with a move to Palace.

However Selhurst Park will NOT be where he ends up.
Pardew said: “There is no interest from us at all.

“Losing Souare was a blow to us as we haven’t got the cover on the left that we would like, and if he doesn’t come back soon then that’s the only area we might look at.
“He’s some way from being fit, but he’ll be back around the window.
“We just need to get more action down our left-hand side, just to balance us up some more.
