Real Madrid star Ronaldo loves life in the limelight having built an entire brand away from football by maximising his public profile.
But even the 32-year-old wants to shy away from the lenses from time to time, and he did his best to not been seen in the Spanish capital.
Ronaldo had been enjoying a relaxed dinner with friends in Madrid as he enjoyed some down-time during the winter break in La Liga.
And when he spotted fans and photographers waiting outside, he decided to make it as hard as possible to be seen.
So the former Manchester United winger wrapped himself up using his scarf, allowing only his eyes to be visible.
Ronaldo paced out with his group of friends before jumping into his car and driving off – still wrapped up in the head gear.
The Portugal star is hoping the mid-season break in Spain will help spark a revival for his side.
Real have fallen well off the pace behind Barcelona in the battle for the La Liga title this year.
