Cristiano Ronaldo ‘overrules Real Madrid security’ to let disabled fan into hotel for a chat

CRISTIANO RONALDO made a disabled girl’s day with a wonderful gesture before playing against Napoli.

As he and the rest of the European champions entered the Palazzo Caracciolo – their luxury Naples hotel for the night – Ronaldo instructed security to allow a woman and young girl she was holding hands with to meet the team.

Ronaldo, whose new stunning girlfriend we revealed to have worked as a nanny in the UK before meeting the Portuguese, is well known for his generous acts.

In February, the four-time Ballon d’Or winner helped save 80 dogs by raising funds for a struggling shelter.

The 32-year-old was named ‘most charitable athlete’ in 2015 for a number of donations he has made over the years.

In 2014, Ronaldo revealed: "I don't have tattoos because I donate blood very often."

While Ron may have shown his caring side in Naples off the pitch, expect his ruthless side to come out on it.

The striker has 25 goals in all competitions this season, and will be looking to add to Real's two-goal lead from the first leg against Napoli.

Alongside him will be team-mate Gareth Bale, who opened up on his relationship with Ronaldo.

The pair are perceived to be more rivals than pals.

But Bale said: "We’ve always got on well. We’ve scored a lot of goals, given a lot of assists to each other, we’ve won two Champions Leagues.

"He’s in great shape but his role has changed. He’s more of a striker now. When he was younger at Manchester United you’d see him running from deep. He’s changed his game slightly. He’s very effective."
