Cristiano Ronaldo and Fernando Torres reportedly trade insults during Real Madrid’s Champions League semi-final clash with Atletico
CRISTIANO RONALDO and Fernando Torres had an incredible on-field clash during last night’s Champions League battle between Real and Atletico Madrid, it has been claimed.
Diego Simeone’s men emerged as 2-1 winners on the night but it’s Los Blancos who progress to the final against Juventus with a 4-2 aggregate victory.

However, the pressure of such an important match proved to be too much for some, with Ronaldo and Torres reportedly going hammer-and-tongs following an off-the-ball scrap.
In a scene reminiscent of their Manchester United and Liverpool days, the pair squared up to each other and Torres even had a little shove before it is claimed, he said: “What’s wrong? Clown.”
This prompted Ronaldo to allegedly hit back: “Go home, idiot.”

Despite his strong words, the former Chelsea striker failed to make an impact at the Vicente Calderon and was hauled off after just 56 minutes.
