Muller lay on the ground with his face covered in blood… yet still no help came from the sidelines.
As some players looked on baffled, some ran over to the stands to seek help.
Eventually, the stadium announcer got involved, desperately asking for help from the paramedics.
Yet still, no help came for Muller, still clearly in absolute agony, sporting a serious head wound.

According to Wuppertal, they had to force four paramedics from the stadium entrance to get onto the pitch to help the stricken star.
Club sporting director Manuel Bolstler claims the medical team said they were not responsible for the players and would have to consult their chief of operations.
Minutes continued to pass and when the medics did eventually make it to the pitch, they did so WITHOUT a stretcher because “their vehicle was nearby”.
Eventually, after all of ten minutes, they returned with a stretcher to help the heavily bleeding Muller.

With all the stress, one of Muller’s clearly infuriated team-mates shoved one of the paramedics to the floor.
The player immediately apologised for the push.
After ten minutes of treatment he was finally taken to Wuppertal hospital – and diagnosed with a broken nose and concussion.
Following the bizarre incident, Bolstler claimed: “We had ordered 16 healthcare professionals and an ambulance for this match.
“However, I only saw four of them and then another two came from the shelter, who said they were only responsible for what happened to the spectators without first contacting their boss.
“I could not believe my eyes.”
