Inter Milan have opened talks with Brazilian striker Gabriel Barbosa hoping to beat the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United to the 19-year-old.
Frank de Boer has been after a striker since arriving in the summer to replace Roberto Mancini and was linked with Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez.

Barbosa has been in scintillating form for Brazil in the Rio Olympics as he aims to win a gold medal, and his performances have turned heads all over Europe.

Chelsea and Manchester United are said to be interested but they will have to move fast as Inter Milan lead the race for his signature in a deal that is expected to cost them upwards of £25m if Santos agree to sell.
Santos president Modesto Roma has held talks in London with representatives of Premier League clubs whilst also holding discussions in Madrid with Atletico.
