Hazard, who has over three years left on his Chelsea contract, would not come cheap.
Earlier in the season the Blues star revealed: “If I ever leave, it’ll be after winning a championship.
“You need to go out on a high so that people remember you for the right reasons.”
Chelsea are ten points clear of Tottenham at the top of the Premier League, with just 11 games to go.
Hazard is said to be settled in London since moving to the capital from Lille for £32million in 2012.
Antonio Conte, who has sparked a new lease of life for Hazard with his 3-4-3 formation, said earlier this season: “Eden is a top player. He’s in a level very high. He hasn’t a price now.”
