CHELSEA are closing in on a £100million double swoop for Juventus stars Leonardo Bonucci and Alex Sandro.
Blues boss Antonio Conte is ready to pounce after being told his old club will listen to offers of around £45m for defender Bonucci.

And the Italian champions also revealed they have had a “substantial” new offer for left-back Sandro after rejecting a previous bid from Chelsea earlier in the week.
It is believed to be an increase of around £3m on the £52m they rebuffed on Monday.
But Brazilian Sandro, 26, has been told he will have to demand a transfer — and lose any loyalty payments on his contract.
Juve director general Beppe Marotta said: “A substantial offer has arrived for Sandro. We have no intention of selling anyone, but don’t want to keep anyone against their will.”

Conte will soften the blow of Sandro forcing through a transfer by offering wages of around £160,000 a week.
Italian Bonucci is a special case as he is at the wrong end of Conte’s preferred age range for players.
But the centre-back, 30, is viewed as someone who can come in and help fill the hole left by John Terry.
And France centre-half Kurt Zouma is expected to go out on loan if Chelsea land long-term target Bonucci.
