AC MILAN are preparing an audacious January move for Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi.
According to reports in Italy, Milan boss Vincezo Montella will be given a 100million euro transfer war chest in January to challenge current Serie A champions Juventus.
Batshuayi, 23 joined Chelsea from Marseille last July for £33m and was new boss Antonio Conte’s first signing at Stamford Bridge.
The Belgian International has scored three goals, but is yet to start a Premier League game for the Blues and has had to play second fiddle to in form Diego Costa.
The Spaniard is back to his menacing best this season bagging six league goals.
Batshuayi has already been linked with a return to former club Marseille who are also monitoring things due to the strikers lack of game time.
The former Marseille striker will have to bide his time in West London or could opt for a surprise move to Serie A with AC Milan in need of reinforcements.
The Rossoneri are set to be taken over by a Chinese consortium imminently and the new owners are keen to add quality in January.

Batshuayi's Chelsea team mate Cesc Fabregas has also been linked with a winter window move to Milan after falling down the pecking order under Conte.
If Chelsea were to do business with Milan for Batshuayi, then the West Londoners would look to make a profit on their big summer investment.
