CHELSEA are set to tied up a £30million deal for defender Kalidou Koilubaly after he decided his time at Napoli was over.
The Senegalese centre-half had long been fancied by the Stamford Bridge outfit.

However, talks hit a snag over Napoli’s refusal to let him go and their unwillingness to agree a fee with Antonio Conte’s side.
But after negotiations over a new contract between the Serie A side and the player deteriorated, he decided his future lay elsewhere.
Koulibaly is rated so highly that it is said Conte wants to build his team around the 25-year-old.
