CHELSEA will reportedly offer Antonio Conte a lucrative new contract and enough money to sign his three top targets this summer.
The Blues are one win away from the Premier League title and can still secure the Double after setting up an FA Cup final with Arsenal.

Stamford Bridge chiefs are delighted with the work Conte has done in his first year at the club.
And The Mirror claims the Italian tactician will be offered a £10million-a-year deal keeping him in west London until 2022.
Inter Milan are desperate to bring Conte back to his homeland but Chelsea will offer extra incentives to sway him from a San Siro switch.

Assistant Steve Holland will leave to join Gareth Southgate’s England set-up on a permanent basis, and Conte will be allowed to pick his own No.2 in an unusual move away from club policy.
The former Juventus chief is also going to be backed in the transfer market ahead of Chelsea’s return to the Champions League.

Conte’s top targets are Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez, Everton striker Romelu Lukaku and Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk.
All three could cost a combined fee worth over £150m but Roman Abramovich is convinced Conte is the right man to make Chelsea the dominant force in English football.
