ALEX SANDRO’S £61million move to Chelsea will make him the world’s most expensive player but could spell trouble for shock fans’ favourite Marcos Alonso.
The Juventus ace is ready to double his £75,000-a-week wages with a move to Stamford Bridge, according to Times.

The 26-year-old won the Serie A title at left wing-back last season, with three goals and four assists and former Juve boss Antonio Conte has apparently swooped.

But surprise success Alonso looks to be the victim in the deal as they are both fighting for the specialised spot in the Blues’ 3-4-3 formation.
The Spanish defender was a huge success last season, with six Premier League goals in his 31 appearances, silencing the giggles from rival fans when he arrived last summer.
After coming through the ranks at Real Madrid, Alonso failed to realise his potential during three years at Bolton and a six-month loan at Sunderland.
But he rebuilt his career at Fiorentina and earned his return to England in August before impressing everyone with his solid defensive work and attacking stats.

Chelsea suffered a slow start to the season with points dropped against Swansea, Liverpool and Arsenal in September.
But a formation change at the start of October – after the 3-0 Gunners embarrassment – with Alonso put in the side sparked an incredible run that the 26-year-old was integral to.
But, as late as November, pundits like ex-Chelsea player Ray Wilkins were doubting the talents of the left-sided star.
Wilkins said: “I'm not too sure about Alonso on the left hand side.
“I would prefer Ryan Bertrand there but they sold him for £10m and brought in Alonso for £30m. I can't quite add up that maths.”

But Conte backed his man in April and highlighted that the club’s title-winning run coincided with Alonso getting his big break.
The Italian said: “His contribution it's great.
“But Marcos, I think, is one of the players who has grown this season. He grew this season. He took a lot of confidence.
“He's working a lot to improve. His attitude and work-rate is great.
“Don't forget that, when Alonso arrived at Chelsea, he wasn't playing. Then he started to play and deserved to start every game.”
