She is nine years older than the Blues star.
Onlookers said that the pair met at the bar of the famed Sunset Tower hotel on Sunset Boulevard last week.
Images of the pair kissing appeared on social media site Snapchat, but her account has since been made private.
Courtois has since returned to London for pre-season training with Antonio Conte’s Blues, who head out to the Far East for their tour early next week.
The keeper is not the first sportsman to be romantically linked to 34-year-old Brittny, whose father is former New York Jets star Mark Gastineau.
