EDEN HAZARD allegedly once scored a hat-trick while DRUNK, claims a former team-mate at Lille.
Belgian star is said to have gone out the night before his final game at the French side before joining the Blues in the summer of 2012.

And Lille midfielder Rio Mavuba then claims he came home late, drunk, before netting a treble the very next day in his Ligue 1 swansong in a 4-1 thrashing of Nancy.
Mavuba who said that Hazard organised a few of the team to meet for drinks on the eve of his last game, as Lille were due to finish third in the league no matter the Nancy result.

Clearly things got out of hand as when coach Rudi Garcia entered Hazard’s room in the morning he discovered his star player hadn’t been to sleep.
Mavuba told reporters in 2016: “We were certain to finish third and we were facing Nancy the following day. It was Hazard’s last match with Lille and he wanted to organise a little something.

“We decided to go have a little drink. A little drink that dragged on somewhat. The following morning, Eden was still drunk.
“That evening against Nancy, not even with 30 minutes played, Eden had already bagged a hat-trick.”

Hazard moved the Stamford Bridge that summer for a £32m fee, and has lit up the Premier League ever since with stunning displays.
And he may have had another tipple as the Blues squad celebrated lifting the top flight trophy at Stamford Bridge yesterday after beating Sunderland 5-1 - a game which Hazard scored in.
But with the FA Cup final next weekend, one assumes the Belgian won't have gone too much overboard.
