Chelsea pair Courtois and Hazard may miss the league-leaders' clash with Crystal Palace on Saturday, while De Bruyne could be out of the massive game with Arsenal.
Meanwhile, Fellaini may not recover in time for United's game against West Brom at Old Trafford.
Belgium will be disappointed with their draw last time out, having relied on a late Romelu Lukaku equaliser, with the Greeks down to ten-men for the final half and hour.

Greece left the pitch with just nine men after Gerogios Tzavellas was also sent-off in the 95th-minute.
However, Belgium remain top of Group H with 13 points from their five games, ahead of Greece on 11 and Bosnia and Herzegovina on ten.
European minnow Cyprus, Estonia and Gibraltar complete the group.
