CHELSEA, Arsenal and Everton are tracking Hamburg defender Josha Vagnomen.
But the Premier League side face stiff competition for the highly-rated kid from three Bundesliga sides for his signature.

ESPN reckon Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig are monitoring the 17-year-old who is regarded as one of the hottest young talents in Germany.
Vagnoman made history making his Bundesliga bow in March, becoming the second youngest player ever to play in the German top flight.
The teenager can operate at either right or left-back and played in every game of Germany’s Under-17 World Cup campaign, where they lost to Brazil in the quarter-finals.
Arsenal fancy their chances of bagging Vagnoman, head of recruitment Sven Mislintat is a long-term admirer of the teenager having run the rule over him all this year.
