CHEATING golf legend Colin Montgomerie is suing his estranged wife for £5 MILLION in a dispute over her home.
Monty, 53, and Gaynor Knowles, 50, split last year amid claims he had an affair.

The couple signed a “post-nuptial” deal committing the Ryder Cup ace to paying for the upkeep of Gaynor’s £2million farmhouse, after he was caught cheating in 2010.
A judge at the Court of Session in Edinburgh heard Monty now believes the deal was “not fair and reasonable”.
The former Ryder Cup captain is suing Gaynor for £5 million and demanding payments of £6,500 a month.

Gaynor put him under pressure to enter into the agreement so their marriage could continue after she “discovered he had had an extra-marital relationship”, it is claimed.
His lawyers claim he had “no option but to sign the agreement if the marriage was to continue”.
According to court papers, she inherited the farmhouse when first husband, tycoon George Knowles, died and it was in her full name before she married Monty.
But her lawyers said Monty wanted to make changes when he moved in.

Gaynor agreed to transfer the house into joint names on condition that if they separated he would transfer the title back to her and agree to take all reasonable costs with the house for the remainder of her life, lawyers say.
Gaynor is demanding Monty, a Sky Sports pundit, honours the deal and is counter-suing him for £5 million and £10,000-a-month payments.
