ARSENAL LAST-16 CONQUERORS
2015-16: Barcelona
2014-15: Monaco
2013-14: Bayern
2012-13: Bayern
2011-12: AC Milan
2010-11: Barcelona
BAYERN MUNICH
Munich… serious sausages… litres of lager – what’s not to like?

Two of their last-16 KOs have come at the hands of the German giants.
And although a defeat at the hands of Rostov and their indifferent Bundesliga form suggest Bayern are not at the peak of their powers, the 75 competition goals Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller have between them suggest Gunners fans might be… fearing the wurst.
LEVERKUSEN
This lot know how Arsenal feel – they’ve fallen at the last-16 stage in three of the last four seasons.

But boss Roger Schmidt is a shrewd operator and has assembled another squads not to be underestimated – just ask Tottenham.
Slovenia playmaker Kevin Kampl looks reinvigorated since his move from Dortmund, while Chile star Charles Aranguiz and Turkish free-kick specialist Hakan Calhanoglu also provide threats from midfield.
Former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez gets the goals, with 33 of them over the last two seasons.
REAL MADRID
The good news: Gareth Bale will miss any clash after undergoing an ankle operation.

The bad news: There’s nothing wrong with Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Co.
Plus Zinedine Zidane’s Blancos are in red-hot form, sitting six points clear at the top of La Liga.
SEVILLA
Not a star-studded squad, but they make up for it with hard work and an intimidating Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan stadium.
Former Gunners man Samir Nasri would be keen to get one over Wenger and chums.

Argentinian hit-man Luciano Vietto is arguably the man to watch, while French forward Wissam Ben Yedder has chipped in with a couple of Champions League strikes this season.
BENFICA
The Portuguese league leaders have plenty of talent at their disposal.
Two defenders have stood out, with Pep Guardiola a big fan of full-back Grimaldo and Manchester United on the trail of Swedish centre-half Victor Lindelof.

Fulham flop Kostas Mitroglu seems exactly the sort of player that could pop up to shock the Gunners, while winger Pizzi is in fine form.
PORTO
Sitting second behind Benfica, they come into the last 16 having spanked Leicester 5-0 in their final group game.
Starlet forward Andre Silva is the danger man, with seven goals so far this season.
On-loan Atletico Madrid midfielder Jota is another one to watch, with the 20-year-old netting four times so far this campaign.
