And he has moved swiftly to snap up the 19-year-old to secure his future at the Amex Stadium.

Hughton will now decide whether to keep Justin in his squad or loan him back to guarantee regular football.

Luton could not stand in the way of Justin having the opportunity to join a Prem club, according to a source at Kenilworth Road.

He was subject of a bid from Nottingham Forest during Mark Warburton’s spell at the club.

Justin, who can also play in midfield, was a regular under Nathan Jones as the Hatters reached the play-offs last season.

His form led to an England Under-19 call-up and also put second-tier clubs on red alert over a step up from League Two.
