Turkish club Besiktas are in France for the last eight first-leg clash at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais tonight – but created a ruckus outside the stadium.
Fans were snapped angrily clashing with armoured police, most wearing black signalling the club’s Ultras – and some waving the Turkish flag and letting off smoke bombs.

A number of stewards appeared to be wounded in the violence and were led away by police and medics, while one fan had blood streaming down his face.
It comes after the Dortmund coach was attacked as it travelled from the team hotel to the stadium on Tuesday for the Champions League tie with Monaco.
