She is 5-0 in MMA and looking to make it six against England’s Kate Jackson tonight at Bellator 200.
Yankova’s model looks have helped propel her to the big stage.
The 27-year-old is proud she can turn heads – as well as punch them!
She told the Telegraph: “It’s good. I don’t want to look like a fighter. I want to fight like a woman, but be a fighter.”

Flamboyant Yankova – whose hair alternates between pink and blue – certainly does NOT look like a fighter after a quick scroll through her Instagram account.
Model photoshoots and bikini pictures take up most of her page, with the odd gym training snap thrown in.
But this is how unbeaten flyweight Yankova is given her big-money fights.
Her coach and manager Mike Swick explained: “Sex sells. Men look at women, women look at women, and Anastasia has those qualities. I encourage it for sure. It’s a quality that men don’t have.

The 42-year-old – real name Curtis Jackson – appears to be working with the MMA after holding a meeting with chief Scott Coker this month.
And Yankova is over the moon to have him on board.
She said: “I’m really happy that the sport that I love with all my heart now is so popular and so many people know about it and are interested and going to events.
“I’m really happy to be a part of this.”
