JEROME BOATENG has been ordered to pay an estate agent £268,000 by a court in Germany.
The Bayern Munich defender had recently purchased a new house in the Grunwald, using an intermediary to complete the transaction.

He had initially refused to pay, claiming the agent had acted in “friendship”.
However, the court found he had been aware of he had signed a contract after viewing their pair’s several WhatsApp correspondence.
Things could get a little awkward between the two as both of their suns attend the same nursery.
Boateng, 29, moved to Bayern from Manchester City in 2011 and has transformed himself into one of the best central defenders around.

However, he found playing time had significantly decreased under now former boss Carlo Ancelotti.
He claimed perhaps the Italian hadn’t seen enough of him due to his injuries — but admitted he was concerned.
Ancelotti was recently replaced by Jupp Heynckes and Boateng will surely be looking forward with a greater degree of positivity.
Together, they won the Treble in the 2012-13 season.
