Malone Jr, son of Hall of Famer and former Rockets centre Moses Malone, was beaten and robbed of up to £40,000 in jewellery at a Texas strip club in June.
He now alleges Harden paid the robbers more than £15,000 to attack him.
And, incredibly, Malone Jr claims the assault occurred because Harden allegedly became upset over Malone Jr’s Facebook post about his basketball camp, according to Sports Illustrated.

Malone Jr’s lawyer, George Farah, said: “The post basically referenced the fact that James Harden was charging $250 for a basketball camp.”
The lawsuit alleges Malone was followed outside the club by a group of armed men, knocked to the ground and punched and kicked in the face several times.
It is then claimed the men ripped off his diamond earrings and stole jewellery.
