Arsenal looked set to secure the three points at Vicarage Road after Per Mertesacker opened the scoring with a powerful header.
However, Watford were given a lifeline when they were awarded a controversial penalty in the 71st minute.
The Brazilian appeared to go to ground incredibly easily following the challenge from Bellerin, and Wenger is outraged with the decision.
After the Watford victory, Troy Deeney added. “He [Bellerin] his long hair in the way, he can’t see. It’s a penalty.”
