Arsene Wenger’s right-hand man Boro Primorac set to quit Arsenal as fresh doubts over manager’s future surface
ARSENE WENGER’S right-hand man Boro Primorac is set to quit the club – sparking fresh doubts over whether the Gunners boss will be leaving this summer.
Primorac has been Wenger’s closest ally at the Emirates for the past 20 years but he is ready to take up the offer of a job in Turkey.

But it has emerged in Turkey this afternoon that the 62-year-old is close to agreeing a deal to take charge of Konyaspor at the end of the season.
And if Primorac does quit the Emirates to go it alone in the Turkish Super Lig, it would provide further questions over whether Wenger’s reign at Arsenal is coming to an end.

Should Primorac also join them heading out of the Emirates exit it would leave Wenger without a huge chunk of his valued coaching structure.
And it would add fuel to the belief that the Wenger empire is crumbling towards a summer departure.
Last week the Gunners took the unsual step of going public to issue a statement saying they would make a decision on Wenger’s future at the end of the season.

Wenger has always maintained he would make the final decision on whether to leave or sign a new two-year contract that has been on the table for months.
That decision is now likely to be taken after talks with the Gunners board amid growing frustration among the Arsenal supporters at the direction the club is heading.
