Arsene Wenger has solved his midfield woes through Mohammed Elneny and Francis Coquelin.
That the view of former Arsenal and Leicester midfielder Frank McLintock, who finds the midfield duo similar to Leicester’s successful pairing of Ngolo Kante and Danny Drinkwater.

Both clubs have been in fine form in recent weeks with the Gooners sweeping aside Watford 4-0 on Saturday. Whilst the Foxes boosted their title hopes with a 1-0 win over Southampton yesterday.
McLintock, 76, told talkSPORT: “From Arsenal’s point of view it [Watford] was a really good performance, especially in the centre of midfield – Elneny and Coquelin.
“They’re a little bit like Leicester [midfielders Ngolo Kante and Danny Drinkwater] – they let one go forward, the other one’s holding. And if Coquelin wants to go Elneny will hold his ground.”

The Foxes midfield partnership has been crucial to their success this season, with both receiving international call-ups in recent weeks.
Despite the similarities between the two clubs midfield system Arsenal find themselves 11 points behind Leicester in the table.
