With less than two years left on his contract, the club are scrambling to get a deal sorted for Sanchez – but he is looking for a wage increase and a buy-out clause.
The Gunners are desperate to hold onto the forward and Arsene Wenger sees him as the key man to tie down to a new deal.

But there were internal struggles last season, with Sanchez keen to play every game and showing his discontent at the French boss' rotation policy.
And according to the Mirror, German midfielder Ozil - who earns £140,000-a-week - seems certain to sign a new contract at the Emirates after the arrival of pal Shkodran Mustafi.
