German giants Borussia Dortmund  are ready to offer the Berlin-born 19-year-old a path to  their first team.

Zelalem is frustrated  by his lack of first-team chances under Arsene Wenger after spending last season on loan at Rangers.

The Gunners midfielder has made just two appearances so far this season — both in the EFL Cup and  both off the bench against Nottingham Forest and Reading.

Zelalem played at youth level for Germany but grew up in America and has appeared for their Under-20 and Under-21 sides.
