ANTHONY JOSHUA is fuelling up for his heavyweight unification clash with Joseph Parker with an incredible 5,000 calories per day diet.
The British star, 28, last year revealed he eats the outrageous amount of food in the build-up to a fight.

Next week’s fight with New Zealander Parker seems to be no different either, as he posted a snap on Instagram showing off a mountain of nosh.
In the pictures, Joshua – surrounded by his team – can be seen munching on chicken wings, chicken skewers, Chinese food, Jamaican patties and even pizza.
AJ even opted to wash it all down with a cold can of full-sugar Coca Cola.
With just eight days left until the fight, it’s understandable the British star is stepping up his calorie intake.

Last year, ahead of Joshua’s clash with Wladimir Klitschko, his nutritionist Mark Ellison revealed all about his daily diet.
Just under a year ago, AJ would eat FIVE eggs for breakfast, with a side of avocado, wholemeal toast, porridge, fruit, yogurt and honey.

There’s even more protein on the lunch menu, with piles of pasta teamed-up with two salmon fillets, jacket potatoes and salad.
The protein-heavy dinner packs in a whole, skinless chicken, houmous, rice and more avocado – as well as a host of casein-rich protein shakes throughout the day to aid recovery.

But despite his flawless record and carefully-planned diet, Joshua recently revealed he is not taking Parker lightly.
AJ claimed: “Parker is a phenomenal champion – tough, he has his [Samoan] heritage and he wants to prove he’s a worthy champion.
“Anyone I fight, they always come 30 per cent better than what I’ve seen so I can’t expect the same old Parker in the ring on March 31.

“I’ve seen there’s been a lot of talk about the future but my future ends on March 31.
“That’s where my goal is and that’s where I’m focused on… I can’t take my eye of this guy.
“He’s talented and he wants to prove himself.”
