AFC Wimbledon climb above MK Dons in the league table for the first time ever
AFC Wimbledon fans have been waiting 14 long years for this moment.
The side that were formed by Wimbledon FC supporters in 2002 after the original club were allowed to relocate to Buckinghamshire have finally climbed above fierce rivals MK Dons in League One.

AFC Wimbledon defeated Oxford United 3-1 on Saturday to move up to 10th whilst MK Dons suffered 1-0 home defeat to Port Vale on Sunday leaving them one point behind in 12th.
It has been a long and arduous journey for AFC Wimbledon supporters.
Their new team started life in the Combined Counties League which lies a remarkable eight divisions below the Premier League.
